We are thrilled to host the Perseverance Jazz Band from Philadelphia for the first time! Perseverance Jazz Band brings New Orleans to Philadelphia with its enthusiastic and soulful interpretations of Ragtime, Dixieland, Traditional Jazz, and Second Line tunes. We can’t wait to hear them live in Boston! Check out their website for some music samples.

Also coming up from Philly is the lovely Breanna Perry. Breanna will be DJ’ing the band breaks.

New to dancing? As usual, we’ll have a beginner-friendly lesson before the dance, also included in the price of admission. No partner or experience necessary : )

It’s called Kind of a Big Deal, and you should REGISTER NOW!

A Blues Cafe favorite, Gordon Webster, is recording a LIVE ALBUM that weekend in Boston! The swing community both in Boston and worldwide raised over $8,000 to help support this unique endeavor. Lindy Hop extradionaries, Nina Gilkenson and Andy Reid, are also coming to town to teach workshops. There will be two Jack and Jill contests, and more social dancing than you’ll know what to do with! We are very excited for this event and hope to see you there!
